Is it possible to get the apos;NIV Study Bibleapos; (notes) online anywhere? Iapos;ve looked and looked but I canapos;t find such a site.

In other news: The ESV study Bibleapos;s seem to be delayed over here on this side of the pond :-/ I emailed the place I ordered from and they said they didnapos;t have a date for when it would be here, but that they thought it would be by the end of the month (why they thought that was not explained).
